How can I change my account password?

1. Login to your existing account on our website.
2. Select Password change, type your existing password and then a new password. Done!

I do not remember my password. Can you give it to me?

To reduce a risk of account thefts, there will be password recoveries by our staff only.
Write an e-mail to our staff at: funzgames@hotmail.com with: your e-mail used for registeration, account name, vault password, character list names and your last IP you logged on our server. We will deliver you a temporary password which you can change after that.

My friend which knew the password, entered and stole all my items. Help me.

We are not responsible for your password share activities. We cannot give your items back, you will have to settle with your "friend" this matter. Please try not to share your password to anyone as people are mean and envy.
Always remember to log off the account area when using an Internet Cafe or public access.

I get invalid account. What can I do?

1. Check your caps lock or make sure you type it case sensitive..
2. If you allready logged once on your account, it means somebody changed your password or your account got deleted due to any hacks or exploits over UnitedMu. Make sure you check our forums for the ban-lists.
3. Check if you are running correctly mu.exe.
